Services

We provide custom software development services as described on our website. All work is performed under a fixed-scope agreement.

Payment

Payment is due upfront before work begins. All prices are in USD.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own all code, documentation, and deliverables we create for your project. We retain the right to use general knowledge and techniques in future work.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services. We’re not liable for indirect damages.

Cancellation

Projects can be cancelled with written notice. Refunds are prorated based on work completed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by CA law.
